The Service provides a platform for organizing and participating in doubles rotation tournaments. Users can act as organizers or players.
- Organizers: Any user can create and manage a tournament. The organizer is responsible for the tournament setup, including its privacy settings.
- Players: Players can participate in tournaments, view their progress, and, if enabled by the organizer, submit the results of their own matches.
2. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must have a user account on the WordPress website where the plugin is installed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and updating your account.
3. User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you post, including your Display Name and any match results you submit. By participating in a tournament, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your Display Name and tournament results will be visible to other users, subject to the visibility settings configured by the website administrator and the tournament organizer.
- You are responsible for your Display Name. While your real name is collected for registration, you can change your Display Name to a nickname for privacy. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
The website administrator and tournament organizers are responsible for the data and content related to their tournaments. The developers of the Rotation Tournaments plugin have no liability for user-generated content or its management.
4. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Data Security: The security of your data depends on the practices of the administrator of the website you are using. The developers of the Rotation Tournaments plugin are not responsible for any data breaches or security incidents that occur on the hosting server.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of the Rotation Tournaments plugin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

You can terminate your account at any time. This action will result in the irreversible loss of your tournament history. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, at the discretion of the website administrator.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
